All prices are stated in Ringgit Malaysia and exclusive of postage fee unless stated otherwise.

All payment must be made before parcels are posted out.

All parcels will be posted out within 3 days after payment.

Postage costs are to be beared by buyers. Charges as below:

Poslaju: RM8 (West Malaysia) RM10 (East Malaysia) for 250grams.
Prices may vary according to weight/pieces of clothing.
*Please take note that signature is required for Poslaju.

Tracking id will be provided upon delivery.

We will not be liable on any losses or damages occurred during delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD service is only available at:
Ampang, Sri Hartamas, Sunway University College/Monash University (Weekdays), Subang (Weekends)

Terms and Conditions

Kindly read through our terms & conditions before making an order :)

1. To order, email us @ ms.parceloflove@gmail.com or fill in the order form.
(Orders through comments' page or tag board will not be entertained)

2. Items are only reserved for 48 hours only before being released to the next on the waiting list.
3. All items are BRAND NEW unless stated otherwise and the prices are strictly non-negotiable.

4. Priority will be given to buyers who can make the fastest payment. Payment should be made within 48 hours of confirmation.

5. We will provide our bank details once confirmation on order is made.

6. All items sold are not refundable. We held no responsibilities in damages or losses upon delivery of goods.

7. Back outs are strictly prohibited. Please inform us if you do not wish to purchase the item(s) anymore.

8. Accesories and accompanying apparel are not included in purchase unless stated otherwise.

9. Colour of items may differ according to lighting and resolution of your computer.

10. Once goods have been received, kindly notify us via email or sms. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, goods will be considered received.
